These local organic Gravenstein apples from Sebastopol in Sonoma County are just picked with a perfect crunch factor. I'll be happily including them in this weeks Dr W menus.
I want this crunch! I'll keep my eyes out for some at the farmer's market! Our tree is full of apples, but they're not ripe yet. Hopefully we'll be able to harvest before the naughty squirrels knock them all off the tree!
